This reflector kit includes front handlebar reflector, rear seatpost reflector, and 2 wheel reflectors that are made to fit Skyway Tuff Wheels.

The wheel reflectors require a small hole be drilled on a Tuff Wheel, or you can use the existing hole that is already drilled on Skyway Six Spoke Tuff Wheels, and some 24" Tuff Wheels.

Comes with all mounting hardware for all 4 relectors.
