Cook Bros Racing is back! Their new Stainless Steel threadless headset is designed to work with frames that require a traditional press-in 1-1/8" headset, as well as frames that use an Integrated 1-1/8" headset!
A meal is only as good as its ingredients, and at the heart of the Cook Bros. Racing Stainless Headsets are two, super-smooth, 45×45, sealed bearings covered by a coating of titanium nitride and filled with stainless steel balls. The titanium coating delivers a low friction coefficient, increased corrosion resistance and smoother rolling surfaces. Stainless steel balls further increase corrosion resistance. Cruise longer and smoother.
But there is more! Despite this being a threadless headset with cups, the 45x45 bearings also work in integrated headset applications. Toss the cups, pop the bearings in your new frame, and roll!
